3. Eligibility
By using our Platform, you represent and warrant that:

- You have the legal right to dispute the insurance claim in question
4. User Obligations
You agree to:

5. Fees and Payment

- Service Fees: If you choose to proceed, fees are based on case complexity and communicated transparently before engagement
- No Hidden Charges: All fees are disclosed upfront in writing
- Refund Policy: Fees are non-refundable once services have commenced, except as required by law

9. Dispute Resolution

- Negotiation: Parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiation
- Mediation: If negotiation fails, parties may agree to mediation under the Mediation Act, 2023
- Arbitration: If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
- Jurisdiction: The courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any unresolved disputes
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Insurance Act, 1938, IRDAI Act, 1999, Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate your access to our Platform for violation of these Terms
- Refuse service to anyone for any reason at our discretion
- Modify or discontinue any part of our services without notice
12. Third-Party Services
